Will I receive a COA with my original artwork?
Your original artwork will be delivered as a canvas stretched on a wooden frame and is ready to hang. It will be validated with my signature and will be accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity also endorsed with my signature. Furthermore, you will receive a small gift to express my appreciation.
Will I receive a COA with my Print?
Limited Edition Prints will include a COA. They will be numbered and carry my authentic signature. Please allow additional shipping time for this process.
Open Prints will not include a COA, carry a hand signature or be numbered. They are printed on demand, straight from the printer to you, with no specified limits or special inclusions.
Can I copy and/or distribute images of my purchased art?
No. You may not copy or reproduce the artwork, even once you have made the purchase. Copyright remains the right of the artist. That's me.
You can however, share images of the artwork on social media or email on the condition that the image is accompanied with credit to the artist (me again) Tanya Marie Reeves.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following: You may download images and extracts for personal use only. You may also share images and extracts to individual third parties for their personal use, or in personal social media feeds - but only if you acknowledge the website and/or artist as the source of the material. You may not, without my express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. You may not transmit it or store it on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
What is the deal with Shipping?
Package and handling is free of charge.
*The cost of shipping of products within Australia is included in the sale price at an approximate 15-20% discounted flat rate calculated on the size of the package. It includes warranty, tracking and signature on delivery.
For international clients, please contact me directly for a customised shipping quote as costs vary dramatically across the board. Shipping will be invoiced separately.
Shipping of prints: $15 within Australia or $49 International. Smaller items (such as Postcards) are free of shipping costs.
I register parcels with transit warranty and use Australia Post (if parcel meets size regulations) or a trusted freight courier for larger items.
Within Australia: Please allow up to 9 business days for delivery.
International: Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Prints & Products: Orders are processed twice per week. Please note that each print is created on demand, dispatched directly from the printers to you. Most orders are dispatched within 4-6 days, sometimes faster and sometimes slower.
Limited edition prints will need to be shipped to the artist before their journey on to you so please allow additional time.

1. Responsible for any additional custom/tax fees associated with your purchase.
2. Responsibility for damaged or lost items. You will need to take up such matters with Australia Post or the courier involved.

What about Returns?
I handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify me within 14 business days with a valid reason for return. If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Undamaged goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method of payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of artconfessions.com.
